Love how the front of the property was built out further to the sidewalk and how the stairway was designed to allow more square footage in the front living space of the home. Love the high ceiling heights especially in the lower level - makes you feel as though you are not in a basement! Love the interior design and all the finishings and fixtures. The one thing I hate about this property is that there is no privacy in the back outdoor area. Not sure if its worth almost 3 million for the location.

Sterile, cold, cramped and awful. Seeing this place for what it really is should calm those people who think that they want to live in this place. A bit pricey for views of other tall concrete and steel buildings and a lake whose shoreline freezes over in winter. Brrrr.

Chicago is a Crime ridden disaster with empty Shops and Homelessness, Mass violence and Shoplifting, They have empty Skyscrapers where Big businesses have just abandoned and left, there are tens of thousands of homes up for sale and not selling. Everyone is leaving.You can actually buy a Building in central shopping centre thats 8 floors high with 46 rooms and two commercial spaces on ground floor .for $300,000 dollars. It’s that Bad.
